Getting Started with AgentTime Buyer’s Agency Suite

Welcome to AgentTime Buyer’s Agency Suite!
This guide explains how to accept your invitation, complete your account setup, and get your CRM live.

Step 1: Open Your Invitation Email

  • Look for an email with the subject line: “Invitation to AgentTime Buyer’s Agency Suite.”

  • If you don’t find it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.


Step 2: Accept the Invite

  • Click the Accept Invitation button inside the email.

  • You’ll be redirected to the Agent Time setup page.



Step 3: Sign In or Create a Zoho Account

  • If you already have a Zoho account, sign in using your email and password.

  • If you’re new to Zoho, follow the prompts to create a free account with the same email address used for the invite.



Step 4: Verify with OTP

  • Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered email or mobile.

  • Click Verify to continue

Step 5: Update Location & Time Zone

  •  Update your location & time zone information or you can skip by selecting "Remind me later".

  • Click Update to continue

Step 6: You’re Live!

🎉 Congratulations! Your account setup is complete, and you’re now ready to use AgentTime Buyer’s Agency Suite.

  • Didn’t get the invite? Ask your admin or check spam. 

  • OTP not working? Request a new OTP and try again.

  • Setup stuck? Refresh the page or try an incognito browser
