What’s New in Version 22

Better improvements and new feature enhancements to the Agent Time BA Suite.


  1. Buyer Agreement Naming Intelligence (Zoho Sign Enhancement)

You can now rename Buyer Agency Agreements in Zoho Sign with greater flexibility while maintaining system automation accuracy.

Warning
Note: Please update this in Zoho Sign immediately upon reading. Delays may increase the likelihood of it being overlooked or forgotten.

When naming the agreement, include one of the required identifiers:

  • AT1 → Single Recipient Agreement

  • AT2 → Double Recipient Agreement

  • Buyer Agreement Naming Intelligence (Zoho Sign Enhancement)

  • You can now rename Buyer Agency Agreements in Zoho Sign with greater flexibility while maintaining system automation accuracy.

    When naming the agreement, include one of the required identifiers:

    • AT1 → Single Recipient Agreement

    • AT2 → Multiple Recipient Agreement

    Examples:


    • my_onebuyer_agreement_name_AT1Single buyer agreement

    • this_is_my_twobuyer_agreement_name AT2 Two-buyer agreement

    The system automatically detects:

    • AT1 → Routes as single-recipient agreement

    • AT2 → Routes as multi-recipient agreement

    This allows full naming flexibility while preserving structured agreement automation.

  1. Clear recipient identification
  2. Flexible document naming
  3. Accurate routing logic
  4. Reduced manual configuration

  1. Secondary Buyer or Second Party Email Notifications

We have redesigned how secondary buyer  will now receive the same automated emails listed below:



  • New Lead Welcome Email (When lead is created as lead status "New Lead")

  • Discovery Call Completed Email (When deal is created under stage "Discovery Call Completed")

  • Contract Issued Email (When contract issued using "Send with Zoho Sign" Button)

  • Contract Signed Email (When contract is signed)

  • Invoice Drafted Email (When deal is under issue invoice and invoice is generated)


NotesNote:  Secondary email will only get the above listed automated email alerts. Rest of any other notification are excluded.

Version 22 strengthens core intelligence layers of the BA Suite, This release improves automation accuracy while enhancing the buyer interaction experience inside the Client Portal.
